Lincoln County CASA program moves forward
The North Platte Telegraph Lincoln County is another step closer to implementing a Court Appointed Special Advocates for children group. CASA volunteers are appointed by judges to advocate for abused and neglected children so they don’t get lost in the overburdened legal and social service systems.
