How do i clean beer cellar lines?
i have cleaned lines before but it was a while ago. i know to turn gas off and connect lines to the wall but is their a switch to change over to cleaning coz i have an extra bleeding device with cleaning written above it? please help i really want to impress at this job!!!
I do it at home in two ways. The first one is to disassemble everything and soak them in a cleaner rinse and sanitize and reassemble. The second one is too circulate the cleaner through the lines using CO2 pressure. After a couple of minutes I discharge it through the tap to clean it too. I then use fresh water in the same way to rinse. I believe that a rinse free cleaner is on market but I use the cheapest stuff. Use a rinse free sanitizer through the system and you are set.
