they say that the smoking bans in ohio will not hurt business?
i live in ohio where the smoking ban started dec 7th 2007.
as of today there is no way to inforce the law untill the law is set fort.
has any one else noticed that the resterants that are following the law, prices gone up, and the resterant that still have ash trays on the table, prices are the same. i don;t drink, so i can’t say if the price of beer, is the same or not.
so my question is: do you see the prices changing at the bar or resterant that you go to changing. and are they still smoking there or not
i just want to know about the prices,not what the say on tv or what the heath dept or smoke free orgs say.
They did this last year in Austin, TX. It didn’t seem to hurt businesses. Their biggest problem was all the butt littering. The city didn’t provide an recepticles for the butts. But, then again, Texas has a different climate. We have much warmer weather to smoke outside. Ohio would be much colder and people would probably be less willing to smoke outside.
