Drink Wine To Stay Healthy
When compared any other alcohol it is said that Wine have lifestyles which are healthier than others. The research done by few medical students shows that wine drinkers are thinner. They exercise on regular basis than liquor or beer drinkers. You must have felt the difference when you visited the wine drinker’s house compared to beer or liquor drinker’s house. Wines are stacked in wine racks which hasn’t been used for a while in a way is good thing as it is said old wines tastes better.
It it said that wine reduces the risk of heart diseases because of its alcohol and non alcoholic natural plant compounds also knows as phytochemicals. But it depends on how much wine you consume per day. If you drink more than recommended than obviously you health will be at risks. Also has been said that red wine is more beneficial towards health than white wine. Drinking a glass of red wine everyday is actually good for your health. Most households these days have wine and bottle openers in their kitchen accessories kitchen cabinets. It seems like it has become one of the needs of many households.
Doctors say that alcohol can increase the cholesterol and thins your blood. This is one of cardiovascular benefits from alcohol, whether it is hard liquor, beer or wine. A recent research shows that women enjoy more drinks than men and all these moderate drinkers had a 23% reduced risk of mental decline compared with non-drinkers.
Many people question that wine might keep them healthy but how do you reduce the calories you put on from drinking it. Alcohol do supply calories but with few good nutrients. So always drink within the recommendation limit or else you will definitely gain weight. As I mentioned above the recommendation is 1 glass per day. I would suggest drinking red wine than white wine as I feel it is more beneficial and I agree with the experts do not drink more than recommended.
