Cheap printing on glass?
It’s nearing the end of the season for my pool team and as a present I wanted to buy the lads some beer glasses with their names on.
6 of us drink the same drink and always get our drinks mixed up when playing our turn and chatting etc.
I just wanted to buy seven pint glasses and have our names either printed or engraved onto them – everywhere I look I am finding sites to put company emblems on and you have to buy at least 100!
Does anyone know anywhere cheap?

There are a few places around that do laser engraving. They will try to engrave anything and I have seem them do glass. The place I go to is actually in a woodworking hobby shop. They sell small cut lumber and have this service available.
Other than that, you can fake engraving if you look at hobby stores.
One other thing you might try, is to use a Dremel tool with a diamond tip and do it yourself. It will work, though there might be some breakage, and you have to have a steady hand and a good handwriting or stencil.
Check out the mall, there are stores there that have engraved gifts.(I can’t recall the name), but they may have what you need.
